"I had another webhosting company that I had started with. It was taking them over 2
weeks to have my domain name hooked up to their server and when I inquired as to what was
going on, they blamed me, saying that I made an error while registering with InterNic.
Well, I thought all webhosting companies were the same. I then changed to Datex, this was
a week ago. So far everything has been perfect! They have a phone number where I can talk
to a live person and I their reps are very courteous and on the ball. Within 48 hours, my
domain name was set up with their server. They have answered my questions with patience
even though I am not the most computer literate person in the world. They set me up while
my check was in transit and when I discovered I made an error in the service I was able to
get through to them and they changed the service plan with no problem. When I signed up
with them I felt I died and went to heaven. Everything about them has been great so far.
They even emailed me to let me know that they offer to register my site on over 800 search
engines for FREE for being a customer of theirs and they are offering 1 free month to new
customers to boot! What more can a person ask for? Great service and great prices. Also,
their server is very quick too and that's a plus! I am so glad I was able to voice

"Datex (formerly Staffnet Services) is a killer host. I have 4 sites which they host,
and plan to get a fifth in a month or so. The servers are fast as a jumping bean on Angel
Dust, and rarely, if ever go down. Since I'm still a bit new to this web thingy, I always
call them for assistance (which doesnt seem to bother them @ all) and whenever I email
them, I receive a reply no later than 3 hours later. The only pet-peeve I'll have is that
I won't be able to call them "Staffnet" anymore since they've changed names to
Datex (I like the way Staffnet sounds much better). Still though, I'm sure that the move
-- while intruding on sentimentality - will more importantly, etch Datex into the grain of
the web
