HASP - Our Entry Level Service Plan
Includes full systems administration support, systems monitoring, and basic system backups. Intended as an entry-level service plan for Companies that have their own IT staff, this service is the minimum recommended for all Dedicated Servers deployed, and comes as default with your managed dedicated server.

HASP Gold - Advanced Managed Services
This plan includes additional service hours and improved disaster recovery. This plan provides enhanced support for hosted infrastructures and is highly recommended for customers who have a limited internal web operations staff or for those with minimal Web Operations expertise.

HASP Platinum - Mission-Critical Managed Services
Identical to HASP Gold, with optimal disaster recovery, added security and full administration with proactive response and resolution. Intended for customers who wish to outsource their entire Web Operations to our engineering staff. Customers are assigned a Technical Account Manager and General Account Manager. Typically used by customers who do not have an internal Web Operations staff or those who wish to leverage BroadSpire’s Web operations expertise for full 24x7x365 coverage of their mission critical systems.
