What is your renewal procedure? Shortly before your renewal date, you will receive a Renewal Invoice email indicating that the account renewal is coming up. This allows you the time to make any changes to your account information. If no notice of change is received, Datex.net will charge the card on file in the amount specified in the notice. What will it cost to upgrade/downgrade my account? If you decide to upgrade your account, you are not responsible for paying a new set up fee. Your renewal date will always stay the same. Please select the plan that you would like and send an email to accounting@datex.net with that information. |
