Each of our shared web hosting plans carries a money back guarantee. Copper through Gold accounts all come with a 30 day money-back guarantee. Platinum plans come with a 5-day money-back guarantee because of the nature of the overhead and liability that we assume on these higher-bandwidth plans.

If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the the refund time period specified for your plan, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding setup fees and overages.

Setup fees are refundable for the following reasons only: (1) the account order is canceled prior to activation; or (2) the domain name was not available at the time of the order.

For web hosting contracts of 3 months or less, the full contract amount less any setup fees and overages will be refunded if Datex is notified within the service refund time period (outlined above) following activation. No refund is available after that time.

For web hosting contracts longer than 3 months, a refund equal to one-half of the contract amount less any setup fees and overages will be given if Datex is notified prior to the first day of the second half of the contract term. For example, on a 6 month contract Datex must receive the notice of cancellation prior to the first day of the fourth month of the contract. No refunds will be given once the second half of the contract term has begun.

This policy does not apply to any additional services such overages, disk space, pop accounts, sub-accounts, Domain Parking accounts, etc.

For dedicated hosting customers, we provide a no-obligation 30-day trial period, whereby you can cancel at any time within your first 30 days if you are not happy with our service. You will face no further obligation with us after that 30-day period.

Refunds are not given on hosting accounts that are suspended, revoked or cancelled due to a violation of our Accepted Use Policies.
